More Story-Telling Street Art Designed to Make You Think

20. Watched

When a street artist finds a place needing something more, it’s only a matter of time and planning before he’ll go to work. Who knows how long this hole in the thick vines covering the wall begged for someone to go to work, but what a great execution. It’s more than the eye watching pedestrians walking by, but the two stripes of blue paint on the face, that tells the story. They compel the observer to stare back.

19. Rain Art

This piece, a simple nod to A.A Milne’s Winnie the Pooh, is not much to look at until one realizes that the honey-loving bear only comes out when it rains. It’s reminiscent of the Spiderman effect from a few slides back. The Disney corporation bought the rights to Pooh years ago so one can imagine their not super happy about his image showing up here, but good luck finding the artist.
