19. The Exterior Shot was a Real Home
Speaking of the home in Studio City, one can still drive by the old place, but it’s easy to miss without a map. After the show and contract ended, the owners made a few key changes to the property, starting with a brick wall, a wrought iron fence, and a locked gate. Over the years, the landscaping of the house has changed enough that the only recognizable feature left is that A-frame roof, which dominated the 1970s and ‘80s suburban architecture. None of this has stopped tourists from snapping pictures all the time.
