Before she was Meghan Markle, she was little Rachel Meghan Markle, a cutie born to a lucky mixed-race couple in Los Angles, California. As a young girl, her look (if a little girl can have a look) reflected her multicultural heritage. She graduated from Northwestern and earned her masters from the University of Southern California.
