Speaking of water, the monsoon season in South Korea is no joke. The skies cloud over with gray, reducing the cities to dreary lands of blah. On this stretch of road, street art treats pedestrians to a splash of color to brighten their weary world. It’s part of a larger citywide plan to brighten roadways. This piece is so big and beautiful, it would be worth taking a detour to see it every day.
