Melbourne Man Who Saved a Pup From Freezing Water
Sue Drummond could never have imagined what would happen on August 16, 2009, as she walked her Maltese-Shih Tzu mix Bibi near the ocean. A huge burst of wind picked up her dog and blew him into the water. Drummond panicked. She tried to coax Bibi back to the pier, but the water was too powerful. He was going to drown. Then, out of nowhere, a man stripped to his underwear and dove in after Bibi. The water was freezing, but he managed to pull the dog out of the water and not die in the process.
