17. Quit Caffeine

Caffeine is an excellent tool in moderation, but most of us are pretty addicted to it these days. The more caffeine you consume, the harder it is to get the same buzz you’re used to. Plus, the headaches really suck. Quitting caffeine is painful for about a week, but after that, your body’s sensitivity to it will return to normal, and you won’t need a cup of coffee simply to function. Bye-bye headaches!
