12. Oprah Winfrey
Most people will never have the means to give as much as Oprah Winfrey. She’s not only generous with her guests, but with her money and time. She’s supported schools and programs for education, specifically aimed at black students, for years. She also created Oprah’s Angel Network (OAN). The year that organization started, 1998, they handed out $25,000 in scholarship money. Unlike other organizations like OAN, this one does not have to self-sustain. Oprah takes care of the administrative costs.
