3. Fifth Water Hot Springs—Diamond Fork Canyon, Utah
The springs of Fifth Water collect the heated, milky-blue water in pools surrounded by red rock cliffs. Warm blue water, surrounded by cool red rock sounds like someone flipped the color-coding system. One can enjoy the springs in Diamond Fork year round. The springs are about an hour outside of Salt Lake City, down a country road in the middle of nowhere, but totally worth the drive. It’s about a mile hike in, but again, your muscles will appreciate the hot bath. There are several pools, so plenty of room to stretch out.
