4. Termas Geométricas—Villarrica National Park, Chile
Deep in the forest of Chile’s Villarrica National Park, 17 pools of natural hot spring water collect along the path of a mountain stream. The signature red pathways lead visitors to waterfalls and pools like they were riding a river raft. Although the weather may invite some frost, the pools always stay warm. The arrangement allows for plenty of room to spread out, and spaces to warm up in front of a fire hot tea and a sandwich.
