9. The Vacationing Heroes

17-year-olds Cody Decker and Luke Vaughn were on spring break in Florida when they witnessed a car crash straight into a pair of trees. Vaughn dialed 911 as the two boys found a couple trapped in the car. When the vehicle caught on fire, Vaughn put the phone down and he and Decker rescued the couple before it was too late. They managed to pull both people out from the car in time. Both the man and the woman suffered critical injuries, but they survived the accident thanks to Decker and Vaughn.
