This Subway Who Feeds the Homeless on Fridays
In Waterford, Michigan, a Subway franchise took the needs of the homeless. The owner of the franchise, Kelly Kupiec, said they were the only shop in mid-Michigan working with the homeless, but the Subway chain of franchises has made something of a movement about feeding the homeless. The Waterford location chose Wednesdays so this wasn’t their sign, but that’s proof that they weren’t alone. “You want to be a good neighbor,” said Kupiec to a local paper. Good on Kupiec.
